Any information provided through the website will be managed confidentially as part of the Privacy Policy. Contact will not be made unless it has been requested by email, telephone or completion of the “contact me” section on the website. Your Privacy is taken seriously and your Personal Details will not be shared with a third prty without your permission.

GDPR Specific Information:

Email addresses and Phone numbers are stored confidentially for the purpose of contact during the time you are in therapy. During your time in therapy, brief sessions notes will be made. Paper and Digital records are retained for a period of 7 years. All paper and digital documents are stored securely in accordance with GDPR guidelines. After the 7 year period, both paper and digital files are destroyed. ​​

If you choose for your information to not be stored this will impact your eligibility for treatment as SRP Psychotherapy will need your contact information in order to arrange treatment.  Note keeping- All notes are kept electronically under a password protected file. The notes are minimal and for supervision purposes.
